Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the AlpBase platform, which delivers weekly processed data from the Swiss commercial register — including new registrations, relocations and liquidations — via a dashboard and optionally by e-mail.

Use begins with registering an account. Paid plans are concluded via the Stripe checkout; the subscription becomes active upon successful payment.

The free plan includes weekly statistics and teaser data for one canton. «Pro — 1 Canton» (CHF 29/month) delivers full data for one chosen canton, «Pro — All of Switzerland» (CHF 199/month) for all cantons. All prices in CHF.

Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial refunds are not issued.

You may use the data for your own business purposes. Automated extraction (scraping), resale or mass redistribution of the data is not permitted. The licence applies per account and is non-transferable.

The data originates from publicly available sources of the Swiss commercial register and is processed automatically. We do not warrant completeness, accuracy or timeliness and do not guarantee a minimum volume of records. The service is provided on a best-effort basis without an availability guarantee.

Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, AlpBase is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for lost profit or consequential damage is excluded.

We may adjust services and prices. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be announced by e-mail in good time; in that case you have a special right of cancellation.
