AlpBase is responsible for data processing on this website. For any privacy request, please contact infoalpbase@gmail.com.

Account data: when you register, we process your e-mail address and your password or magic-link information. Authentication runs through Supabase Auth.

Profile data: your active plan, your canton selection and your preferences, such as the weekly e-mail digest.

Usage data: anonymous traffic measurement via Vercel Web Analytics — without cookies and without personal profiles.

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. Your payment details (such as the card number) never reach our servers. From Stripe we only receive the status and the reference of your subscription.

The weekly e-mail digest is only sent if you have enabled it in your settings. You can disable it there at any time or contact us at infoalpbase@gmail.com.

This website is hosted on Vercel. Account data is stored in a Supabase database (authentication and storage), payments run through Stripe, and transactional e-mails are sent with Resend. All providers process data under the applicable data processing agreements.

We only use technically necessary cookies for your login (session). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Contact infoalpbase@gmail.com to do so. For users in the EU the GDPR applies; for users in Switzerland the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) applies.

All transmission is encrypted (TLS). Access to our database is protected by role-based policies; sensitive credentials remain server-side only.

When the service changes, we update this policy. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
